Our fearless M.C. group leader David is out of town so today (July 18) Craig led an intrepid quartet of riders on a meandering ride up to Campbell River for lunch. The group started near Kin Beach, rode past Seal Bay, crossed 19A a couple of times, detoured past Saratoga Beach, and ended up at Tyee Spit. We ate at "Jiggers" because the "Dockside" where we usually go for Fish and Chips was closed today.
The three of us who had Fish and Chips all agreed that it was not as good as "Docksides" but quite acceptable. The ride was very pleasant and the weather was perfect for riding.
