Hiking Group

 It turned out to be a much nicer day than I expected.  Warm, sunny, and a few inches of nice soft new snow.  We went across the meadows and up to Battleship Lake, then it was trail breaking time up to the East ridge and along to the lookout.  After a pleasant lunch at the lookout, it was down to and North on Battleship lake,  summiting two islands along the way.  Back on the main trail for the return we met several groups of hikers and lots of X-C skiers back in the meadows.  It was 7.4 km in 3hrs 36 min for the 9 of us.
