Hands On Cooking: The Gourmet Picnic

Helped by Nina and Susan on June 8th, our cheery group of cooks created the perfect summer picnic: Baked glazed chicken legs with mango chutney, cheesy vegetable quiche, black (and white) rice salad with pomegranate molasses dressing, Scotch eggs deep-fried to perfection, and a chocolate roll filled with fresh blueberries and whipped cream.

What a dazzling culmination to our Hands On Cooking season.
