Our hiking group had a great day October 11th with trails decked out in spectacular autumn colours. Led by Anne Flanagan, a new Comox-Strathcona Probus Club member and hiking group leader, we headed out to Croteau Lake to see the magnificent reds, oranges and yellows of the sub-alpine. The group of 10 hikers enjoyed our packed lunches on a scenic rock bluff above Croteau Lake.
Anne introduced us to a fabulous short-cut trail that eliminated having to return all the way to Raven Lodge. Want to know where it is? You will have to join our group on a future hike!
