Celebrating 15 Years at our General Meeting...

The Comox-Strathcona Probus Club celebrated its 15 year anniversary during our September general meeting. BC Probus' BC1 Director, Ian Kennedy, presented a plaque to the club and extended his congratulations. The Comox-Strathcona Probus Club's first president, George Turner, shared our club's first newsletter from 2007 along with interesting and fun details about the club's inauguration. And one of our founding members, Jacquie Turner, ceremonially cut the celebratory cake, after which we all enjoyed a piece and a chance to chat and reminisce.
