Hands on Cooking - The Humble Canadian Egg

This month, the Hands-On Cooking group explored the versatility of the humble egg, using it in a variety of creative, flavourful, and globally inspired dishes. Proudly sourced from Canada, the eggs were transformed through recipes and techniques from around the world: Scotch Eggs, Asian Egg Drop Chicken Noodle Soup, Lemon Meringue Pie, Spanish Tortilla, and Chinese Garlic Chive "Boxes"—a tasty combination of egg and vegetables wrapped in rice paper and fried to perfection.
