Beer Appreciation

Cal and Ruth Miller hosted our 4th beer tasting evening on March 18th. Since they had just returned from a Mexican trip, they were inspired to present us with an array of Mexican brews to compare. Six different beers were tasted, one of them given as a blind taste test. The unknown beer turned out to be Corona non-alcoholic. It was also voted the least favorite beer of the night. The group favored certain beers, Modelo Especiale being one of them. As it turns out, Modelo Especiale is the most popular beer in the USA.

And yes, the beer tasting was accompanied by a lot of Mexico-inspired finger foods which disappeared with some enthusiasm over the course of the event.
